Alice L. Hill / Founder


Alice Hill is a passionate community organizer and philanthropist who loves calling Pueblo, Colorado home. She and her husband, Nelson, own and operate a property management business as well. Her wide variety of interests range everywhere from saving seahorses to solving the food desert crisis. She founded The I WILL Projects as a non-profit organization in 2012 as a tribute to her young nephew, Will, who tragically lost his life to suicide after battling mental illness. Most people would agree, Alice is a visionary whose dedicated focus to bring an aquaponics education demonstration project to Pueblo is inspiring. Alice’s background in marketing adds significant value to her team’s plans. Her vivacious personality is appreciated in many diverse circles of influence, including The Colorado Women’s Foundation. Alice is making a lasting positive impact in Pueblo and beyond through the different programs The I WILL Projects is piloting and the community partnerships she has forged over the years.
